This creative hub is designed to generate economic activity through exhibitions, artist residencies, and curated events. The project leverages adaptive reuse, cultural tourism, and community-centered programming to create sustainable revenue while investing in artists and the surrounding neighborhood. 50% of proceeds will go to programming for the The Pearl at Julia.
